1. Purpose

At Kolb Supply LLC, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of compliance with all U.S. export control laws and regulations. As a supplier of night vision equipment, we recognize that our products fall under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), administered by the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). This policy ensures our customers understand and adhere to these regulations, specifically prohibiting the unauthorized export, sale, transfer, or re-export of defense articles to foreign persons or entities.

2. Scope

3. Customer Obligations

By purchasing from Kolb Supply LLC, you agree to:

• 3.1 U.S. Citizenship or Residency Requirement
  Customers must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holders)..
• 3.2 Prohibition on Export
  You agree not to export, re-export, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide ITAR-regulated items to any foreign person, entity, or country, directly or indirectly, without prior authorization from the U.S. Department of State. This includes providing access to these items to non-U.S. persons within the United States (referred to as a "deemed export").
• 3.3 No Transfer to Unauthorized Parties
  You must not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer ITAR-regulated equipment to any individual or entity who is not a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident without obtaining prior approval from the DDTC.

 

 

 

 

4. Reporting and Enforcement

 

• 4.1 Reporting Violations
  Any suspected or known violation of ITAR or this policy must be reported immediately to Kolb Supply LLC's Compliance Officer at "support@kolbsupply.com". Kolb Supply LLC will report any confirmed violations to the relevant authorities.
• 4.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance
  Violation of ITAR regulations can result in severe penalties, including substantial fines, imprisonment, and loss of export privileges. Kolb Supply LLC will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating and addressing any violations.

 

 

5. Customer Acknowledgment and Agreement

 

By purchasing ITAR-regulated products from Kolb Supply LLC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy and all applicable ITAR regulations. Your acceptance of this policy is a condition of your purchase.
